Warren Blasts Elon Musk’s Government Power Grab

I doubt it, but if they last throughout his administration, they will be nullified the moment the next non-Republican president takes office. These aren't genuine reforms or changes, they're just temporary power posturing. Impermanent and fleeting.
Why are you so angry that billions in government waste are being exposed?

A tsunami of socialism is coming, thanks to Trump. The future of this country is socialist. Trump and Elon are ensuring that occurs.
The American people said they're tired of big Democrat oppressive government.

Your solution?

Make it even bigger and more oppressive.

Leftists are absolutely disconnected from reality.

You're a socialist.

But you oppose UBI.

You don't know what the **** you believe, do you?
You obviously don't know anything about socialism or communism (the last stage of socialism). We don't want a damn UBI, we want you and everyone else (the working class), to own and operate the means of production (the land, mines, factories, robots, artificial intelligence, quantum computers, all of the facilities, and resources of mass production..etc). It's our commonwealth, we own and run it together, democratically. We want democracy (people's rule) in both government and the workplace, where we spend most of our waking hours.

MASS PRODUCTION IS A SOCIAL VENTURE, NOT A PRIVATE ONE.

The Father of Industrial Age capitalism, Adam Smith, wrote:

"What are the common wages of labor, depends everywhere upon the contract usually made between those two parties, whose interests are by no means the same. The workmen desire to get as much, the masters to give as little as possible. The former are disposed to combine (To form labor unions) in order to raise, the latter in order to lower the wages of labor.

It is not, however, difficult to foresee which of the two parties must, upon all ordinary occasions, have the advantage in the dispute, and force the other into a compliance with their terms. The masters, being fewer in number, can combine (In the form of chambers of commerce, industry-specific associations, guilds, super-PACs, non-profit front organizations/NGOs, armies of lobbyists bribing politicians in the halls of government, think tanks staffed by Ivy league educated analysts and scholars who write the papers and legislation handed to the corrupt cronies of billionaire elites in our Congress) much more easily; and the law, besides, authorises, or at least does not prohibit their combinations, while it prohibits those of the workmen.

We have no acts of parliament against combining to lower the price of work; but many against combining to raise it. In all such disputes the masters can hold out much longer. A landlord, a farmer, a master manufacturer, or merchant, though they did not employ a single workman, could generally live a year or two upon the stocks which they have already acquired. Many workmen could not subsist a week, few could subsist a month, and scarce any a year without employment. In the long-run the workman may be as necessary to his master as his master is to him, but the necessity is not so immediate.

We rarely hear, it has been said, of the combinations of masters, though frequently of those of workmen. But whoever imagines, upon this account, that masters rarely combine, is as ignorant of the world as of the subject. Masters are always and everywhere in a sort of tacit, but constant and uniform combination, not to raise the wages of labour above their actual rate. To violate this combination is everywhere a most unpopular action, and a sort of reproach to a master among his neighbors and equals." (Wealth Of Nations - Book I, Chapter VIII)

YOUR OLIGARCH MASTERS...

Oligarchs.png

Elon, Zuck, and other billionaire oligarch-masters recognize that the only way they're going to preserve their wealth and power, is through a UBI. Once technology advances to the point where an autonomous, intelligent machine can do most, if not all of the work that a human being can, that's the end of capitalism. Why? Because:

NO WAGE LABOR (OR NOT ENOUGH OF IT) = NO PAYING CUSTOMERS (NOT ENOUGH PAYING CONSUMERS).

Capitalism is built upon wages (the exploitation of human labor for a surplus/profit). If there's no more need for human wage-labor (or simply not enough need for it), because we have intelligent machines that work 24/7, producing all of the goods and services that people consume and use, then there's no more need for capitalism or its markets. Elon claims there's no need for human labor..That's false, there's no need for capitalists like him. Human labor or work, is part of human life, it's healthy, noble, and good. Human work will always be needed, with or without capitalism (or stinking capitalists).

We (The People, The Working Class = 94% of the population who presently need to rent their lives daily to a capitalist-master) can organize mass production, democratically, and socially, without capitalists or capitalism (without the need for capitalist markets or profits).

Capitalism becomes an obsolete mode of mass production when advanced technology fully or almost completely automates mass production. There's no more need for the employer (i.e. exploiter) - employee (i.e. exploitee) relationship. The capitalist, wealthy "master" & the workman (employee) relationship becomes completely unnecessary, just like the master and slave relationship or the fief-lord-master and serf relationship became obsolete with capitalism. Capitalism was an improvement upon chattel slavery and feudalism (serfdom). Karl Marx and Engels (his protege and colleague). acknowledged the superiority of capitalism to chattel slavery and feudalism.

A UBI, in the 21st century, is a "devolution" (going backward - regressing), to a modern form of feudalism (i.e. "techno-feudalism"). The aforementioned capitalist "oligarch masters", will force the government to give everyone, a UBI - "Universal Basic Income" (that will quickly become the only income people have to survive = UI - Universal Income), because the intelligent, autonomous machines that work 24/7, without complaining or the need for food, sleep, pooping, peeing, or even a wage, are what the capitalist oligarch-masters are going to "employ" (exploit) to produce all of the goods and services that they're now selling to the working-class (The People - The General Public).

A UBI allows the capitalist masters to preserve their wealth, power, and customer base (the source of their money and power). The government under this capitalist-run (tech-lord-run) regime, sends the "formerly needed" working-class, a monthly income of $1000 to $1500 monthly, in order for people to be able to purchase the goods and services that they need to live. Due to the high efficiency of production produced by autonomous, intelligent machines, the cost of goods and services will dramatically reduce to a mere fraction of what it is today, so for example, you'll buy a new computer for $25.99, and a gallon of milk for 25 cents or less.

A $1000 INCOME IN THE FUTURE WILL = A $7000 INCOME TODAY, OR PERHAPS EVEN MORE THAN THAT.
Now you might argue, that sounds good. People will be receiving a "free check" from Uncle Sam, monthly, and they'll have more than enough money to buy everything they need and want, so why complain? Well, if you really think about it, there's much to complain about.

First of all, you're no longer a member of the working class, because that class has been eliminated. You're now a member of the worthless, unproductive, consumer-serf class, that is completely dependent upon a government controlled and owned by wealthy capitalists (tech-lords/masters). A small group of rich people, will continue to own the means of production (all of the productive land, mines, factories, intelligent robots, artificial intelligence, quantum computers..etc), and you won't own any of it, including your government.

You won't have any democratic control over your government or the means of production. You won't have a job, you won't have much power, your only purpose in life, will be to receive that monthly income from the government, and to consume the goods and services that your capitalist masters are selling you. You've been reduced to a worthless, unproductive, consumer-serf, living off of a government check.

Now if the capitalists have to rely on the government to maintain capitalism, then that's a form of feudalistic-socialism, that only serves the interests of the rich, to the detriment of everyone else. Why should you and I, and everyone else, allow this small group of wealthy people, to own and control all of the productive infrastructure (the mines, factories, genius robots, artificial intelligence, quantum computers, all of the facilities and resources of mass production..etc), when you and I can own it all and have the government serve and protect our interests and needs rather than that of a small group of rich capitalist elites?

How do we own it?

We own it together, collectively, and manage it through a government that we control, democratically. WE THE PEOPLE, declare that the means of mass production constitutes our commonwealth, it belongs to all of us, and we exploit it, and use it, to meet all of our needs.

Now, under this better, democratic-socialist system, we all have jobs, but rather than working 40 or 80 hours weekly, we now work 20 hours weekly, supervising the system. We continue to get paid our monthly incomes by the government, which is under our control, but we organize a new and much more efficient system of distribution, that resembles a market without the need "for profits". We use money as a means of resource management and accounting, rather than how it's used today under our current for-profit capitalist system. We have computers, and AI do all of the data collecting and accounting..etc.

NO NEED FOR CAPITALIST MASTERS OR CAPITALISM.
Democratic socialism is the obvious successor of capitalism, in the same way that capitalism replaced chattel slavery and feudalism. Now, if we fail to do what I just described to you, then we will fall into techno-feudalism (undemocratic, high-tech feudal socialism, owned and controlled by billionaires). I prefer democratic socialism, to techno-feudalism, don't you? If you don't, then you're masochistic. You want to be subject to capitalist masters.

Senator Warren’s speech underscores a vital warning about the dangers of allowing one individual, especially one who is not an elected representative, to exert such extensive control over a major component of government operations. She highlights the fact that critical systems, like those responsible for sending Social Security checks, paying Medicare bills, and funding essential services, should remain in the hands of democratically accountable institutions rather than a single person’s private enterprise. Her concerns are particularly urgent because these are the mechanisms that safeguard our most vulnerable populations: seniors, patients, children, and ordinary families who rely on timely disbursement of federal funds.

In defending Senator Warren’s position, it’s clear that she champions the principle of government by the people, for the people. She rallies the public to resist concentrated power and reminds us that these systems were built to serve everyone, not to be subject to the personal decisions of someone who has never faced the voters. By calling attention to the broader implications of one individual’s influence, Senator Warren is advocating for a democratic check on power to ensure that vital services continue to flow responsibly. Her stance sends a powerful message that we should remain vigilant and engaged to protect the foundations of our democracy.

No serious minded person listens to anything from her mouth anymore. There was a time when she had some credibility.... Long since past.

That post isn't for you, that's all.
then it should have been an IM to the person directed to. The fact you published it here is for everyone to chime in on. And for me, one couldn't put any more nonsense of shit in one post.

I don't write for people like you but for genuine truth seekers. I'm interested in reaching them, not you. Now back up your smack-talk and present a rational argument as to how my post was "nonsense of shit". If you refuse, then you're the one who is clearly full of shit.
