Assuming the robots work out, they will of course replace some jobs, but they will create other jobs, manufacturing and servicing them. The new jobs will likely pay better than the jobs they replace. Not all jobs in hi tech industries require a lot of education. I remember when you had to be nerd to operate a computer, but today any dummy can pretty much run his whole life from his smart phone.
