This is no small developing trend for New York.
Just 40,000 people (1%) in NYC pay 50% of the taxes of all 8 million people.
Those 40K are mostly the conservatives. The majority of the freeloaders are Leftist slugs who make it a 'blue' state.
Those 40K are the producers, and the rest are the Obama voters. If they continue to flee in droves, you will see that in 20 years, Manhattan will start to resemble Detroit.
Only perhaps dirtier and nastier.
