An article by Joseph Lord states 25 billon in the bill is allocated to rural hospitals. 80hour monthly work requirement for those able bodied but getting Medicaid. Provider tax is reduced from 6% to 3.5.
SNAP Requires states to contribute to the program. To me its not cuts it just moving responsibility of how the programs are funded.
