I am no lawyer, obviously. But, if somebody jumps on you hood and starts stomping your hood and windshield, is there any legal consequences for flooring it, and throwing the asshole off, on the pavement and driving away? I mean, even if he falls on top and catches hold, there is no way he can hold on if you get up to 30 or 40, and lock the brakes. Then you can simply drive around him, and escape, while dashcam records the event.
