Very Curious ? Why have I yet to see a successful Black neighborhood ?

Well, downtown Seattle is far from poverty stricken, but the crime rate here is high.

I have many Black Friends, but if they live in an all Black neighborhood, there's high crime and steel bars on every residential & commercial building ? What is the problem ???? Where are they ???

It's because most blacks still live on the plantation and believe they are victims. Because of this, they replace the father with the government and expect the world owes them something. After that, they lose their motivation and their moral compass. The very people who wanted to help blacks caused this mess.
