they don't tell you that you can drop your bill a fraction with PRE-pay vs post pay

I bitched my bill was too high years ago, at no point did the local rep tell me......pssss, you can
you just switch to pay for the month ahead of time with your credit card

same phone number, you just create a new account........that's it

they all do this.........post paid is where the $$ is

Don't feel bad.

I was paying out the wazoo for cable broadband internet for years until I found out fiber broadband was available for half the price. 3X the speed for half the $.

We just do wifi...TV phones computers
I have home wifi but you still need and internet connection

yes with a modern phone you can use your home wifi to call but......

go out of range when you leave the house, you need to connect to another
wifi, many places it's free but not always

you are crimping your freedom to roam, that's the trade off

deplorable yankee:

yes it can be but depends, some are much better than others
knew people who went with sprint or some plan from their local carrier
and it did not work out very well at all

I worked for AT&T for ever a decade … we used to make all our money from Long Distance but, around 2000, we made more money from phone and mobile data than Pablo Escobar.

And with none of the massive overhead of billing individual calls and minutes.

T mobile sucks a**, but they bought us cellular, which is even more spectacular in rural areas than verizon network

There's no cancer ultra wideband but when i'm in the mountains cancer Ultra wide band is crappy

Verizon, the calls always go through in the mountains.I haven't had a problem with Google fi yet

It's easy to port your number in and out of anywhere

visible there are no humans to call

Tello is also good
Us mobile gone downhill

For internet at home, I use the spectrum... I already have a wifi 7 router but only one device in the whole house can use it

spectrum fiber 1G here too, if you have wifi 7 that is cutting edge, 6 is more stable
7 more bandwidth than you can likely use, it's still early, likely your router is going to have
some firmware patches

7 can do 1G but the bottle neck is your computer adapter, anything USB can't handle it
2.5G ethernet adapter can

Not many devices can use it yet
They're growing
Tab s11 ultra is the only device I have that can utilize it .

Just get one from your home internet provider, you don't have to buy one

But if you don't have any devices that can utilize it
What's the point

More and more coming to the market

All seven is it combines the 2 .4, 5 ,and 6ghtz and they work together.
