The Vatican has restored the paintings of Michael Angelo in addition to making a few changes to help modernize Catholicism.

With the addition of the new Pope and priests increasingly turning to ChatGPT to help write their sermons, it was felt that the hand of God should be modernized to reflect the modern church.

"We felt that the Patriarchal nature of God in the original painting in the Sistine chapel was viewed as too masculine and toxic, so we replaced the hand of God with the hand of AI", said one priest. "Besides, when we turn for inspiration to write our sermons, do we want to turn to prayer hoping for inspiration, or the ChatGPT who can write a sermon under 5 minutes? You might even say that Adam and Eve have finally found their lust for knowledge fulfilled in AI instead of the silly tree of knowledge that they were forbidden to eat from. Finally, the lust for knowledge and power minus God in the mix is Ok and not some big sin, yada, yada, yada."
