This is not and has never been about simply mouthing off and exaggerating about the value of Trump's assets.....

It has always been about business filings.

The entity and individual defendants committed repeated and persistent fraud by preparing, certifying, and submitting to lenders and insurers false and misleading financial statements, SFCs...Statement of Financial Conditions.

Trump's accounting firm dropped Trump because they found out they were lying to the accounting firm who prepared the financial statements...

Yet not ONE bank or insurance company has claimed any fraud took place. Banks and insurance companies did their own appraisals. The loans were repaid. No defaults. Thus no fraud occurred and James has no case without a plaintiff. Don’t start the bullshit of “the state was a victim”. Trump paid taxes based on the tax assessor’s valuation. Keep flailing and whining....

i would think that private companies cannot publicly report fraud committed by a client, since that would put them in legal risk of being sued for defamation or similar.
The fraud takes the form of false financial statements.

Nonsense. Mazars was forced to stop working with Trump because of prosecutorial misconduct by NY AG Letitia James who is bringing a malicious prosecution against Trump with her fake 91 indictments.

Mazars' lawyer said that as a whole, Trump's statements did not "contain material discrepancies" but then said Mazars advice to no longer rely on those financial statements is appropriate. That, my friend, is wholly the result of Letitia James pressuring Mazars and is illegal.

Trump lost. Was found guilty by the judge, based on all the evidence.....

Trump has appealed to a higher court.

He lied and said his Trump Tower apartment that he lived in was 30,000 square instead if the 10,000 square feet that it was, to fraudulently raise its value.

He left out important conditions that devalued his assets, like Mara Lago can NEVER be sold as a single family dwelling, only a hotel, limited by the rooms that can be rented, all under his deed with the city.....

He over valued property he owned and what it was worth by leaving out the special condition of the apartment building....like being rent controlled vs the ability to raise rents....

There are a gazillion other instances where he flat out, pre planned his fraud and committed fraud.

This is not about his property being over valued or valued more, because of the TRUMP Brand name.....and anyone telling you that this is what this trial is about is a LIAR AND DECEIVER.
