It was good.....Attention was paid to detail....Even the way Stauffenberg cocked his Walther PP.

A very good movie, but it failed to mention that like many German Aristocracy, Klaus Von Stauffenbert was a Nazi early on. He grew disenchanted with Hitler after NorthAfrica. His last words, "Long Live Our Sacred Germany."

The one with Tom Cruise? There was one made in 1990 with Brad Davis as Stauffenberg.

You are right. Both of those actors generally play themselves. There were a couple of exceptions in both cases. Cruise: Les Grossman in Tropical Thunder.
John Wayne (Duke): Rooster Cogburn in True Grit.
I think we can point out a fair number of actors who come across as themselves in most films, especially the action hero types. Jason Statham is always Jason Statham. Arnold Schwarzenegger is, with the exception of his first Terminator film, whereby he had almost no dialogue, always Arnold Schwarzenegger. Sylvester Stallone is always Sylvester Stallone, et cetera, et cetera.

At first glance, I thought you were joking, then I remembered that you are a Muslim and exterminating Jews (men, women, children, babies) is a good thing to you. Of course, once done with the Jews, Islam will seek to exterminate anyone not converting to Islam. Islam itself needs to be exterminated as a religion.
