I suspect it's been a CIA front for a long time but was able to fly under the radar till FJB's bunch turned the corruption knob up to 11 by funding the NGOs and in turn the NGOs kicking back to the DNC.

No wonder they fought so hard to keep Trump from reelection! We surprised them and elected Trump in 2016 and he got in there and saw what a POS our government was. By the end of his term, he had everything figured out.
