Totally not. Putin might be mental, but going to war with the US, he knows he wouldn't stand a chance. China isn't going to go to war, they have 50% of exports going to countries they'd literally end up warring with. You can't go to war when your economy is going to get trashed, and the Chinese military is not ready, in fact the Russian military probably isn't either. Look at the Ukraine.
