It would seem that lobbing some missiles into a knowingly evacuated airbase is largely symbolic... especially if it was a calculated response to a 'false flag' event. Most don't question Trump's authority on this action as it is widely perceived to be an exigent circumstance within the purview of presidential executive actions, swiftly and decisively executed... Could this be tied into the seemingly imminent - 'clear and present threat' to Americans here at home... Kim fat boy Un with his nuclear ICBM?

Trump's options for North Korea include placing nukes in South Korea

It is interesting that the leader of the TriComs' just happened to be there smiling with Trump, directly before and after the strikes, at Mar a Lago. Ostensibly the real 'meat' of their discussions is on North Korea, not Assad and a few 'firecrackers' that got lobbed into an evacuated air field...

Evacuated? Glad no one got hurt and no planes were destroyed. Those satellite pictures must have been photo shopped.

Several planes were destroyed. These people claiming otherwise are lying.

USA has never attacked a country that owns nukes.

They got a call saying something in the nature of "get the phuck outa there!" .... "evacuation" implies that we went in there and held them by the hand as the "got the phuck out" so perhaps some hyperbole there....

I doubt that there has ever been a leader of a country with nukes quite like Kim fat phuck Un.....

You're partly right because Trump notified Putin and the Russians evacuated but I don't know about Russian planes. Syria's planes were destroyed.

By all accounts there was significant damage to planes, hardened hangars, and fuel and munitions caches...runways fared much better... the point was to see how this might be the foreplay / distraction ... what have you, for the "REAL ISSUE" which is N Korea...

What would be the best way to remove the nuclear threat of N Korea... killing Kim should be a forgone conclusion.... me thinks

It looks like Trump enticed China's leader to be in the US while he diddled with Assad's airfield to convince Xi to rein in Kim. A hat trick to convince the 3 creeps to stop playing games.

Me thinks U be on to something there... question is how to proceed with this unstable lunatic with nuclear ICBM's who butchers family members and those who make fun of his hair....

Seems to me like we have to at least work with our allies to do a surgical strike taking him out.... Who replaces him? The nuclear ICBM's are still there for the next clown that takes the crown

It would truly be a travesty to use US nuclear capabilities in dealing with one whack job!
