The medical license is listed to someone named Walker and its still an active license even though he supposedly is no longer practicing medicine.

So this person as an MD is a doctor specializing in Urology for one year and left it to become something else. You would expect doctors to want to deal with patients with medical problems. Instead he moved onto to be a consultant.

I left it out because it a matter of interpretation of what he was saying. Obviously you have misinterpreted.
but I will break it down for you

GOF requires a risk assessment.

So basically he is saying that there are rules for dealing with mutation of virus. As I said if someone wants to do it then they have to submit paperwork to the government. The government then has to weight the benefits VS the risks. The requester has to have the correct bio lab rating to prevent that the virus doesn't escape. They have to outline the benefits vs the risk. So this is nothing but what the company has to do it they want to do it.

His conclusion that the virus started in Wuhan is his opinion. Tells you that he must be a republican because he hung up on Wuhan.

Bottom line GOF is allowed if the government allows it and they submit the paperwork.
