Bill, S. 2265, before congress for unanimous consent will require the palestinians to comply with certain demands or loose funds, more than $100 million, needed to keep functioning.
I think it should be a month by month basis not year by year. This should have been done years ago.

>>The bill will essentially cut off all U.S. aid to the Palestinians until the president certifies on a yearly basis that the P.A. has publicly recognized Israel as a Jewish state, renounced terrorism, purged terrorists from all areas of the government, ended its funding for anti-Israel and anti-American propaganda, and publicly vowed not to start war with Israel.

The P.A. would have five weeks to comply with the bill before U.S. aid dries up.<<

et al,

Well, it is not as exciting as one might first think. Senate Bill 2265 has been in committe for a long while (nearly 8 years).

Just 2 days ago, April 29, S2265 was referred to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. It has come a long way since 2006.

Funding is going to be cut for all those private Swiss bank accounts. I still think we should dig up Arafart and hang the SOB properly.

The Israeli leeches get billions from the U.S., not a measly 100 million. The EU and the oil states will replace the 100 million.

Indeed, Arafat, Abbas, Fayyad, and others are the appointed oligarchs of Palestine.

They get rich selling their people down the river.

Depending on certain events...Sometimes those same bills take a life of their own and go somewhere real fast.

Don't they teach this in social studies at middle school?

No need to teach it anymore to the Google generation.

So now they teach the pledge of allegiance in arabic in some schools while abandoning it in others? I used to think it was required during assembly, but then my personal experience in an american school was one year I spent with two other students in a one room school house/trailer a few days a week back when I was quite young.

What say the ISLAMONAZI PROPAGANDISTS now, the U.S. has spoken and come down hard on the Palestinians. Time to put up or shut up and start acting in accordance with INTERNATIONAL LAW and U.N. RESOLUTIONS

They are going to stop bankrolling Palestinian terrorism and starve them into submission.

The EU have already cut funding to Palestine to the same amount, seems that the rest of the world are ganging up on Palestinian terrorism. Ask your imam why he has been LYING to you about the aid and succour that hamas and fatah have not been getting of late. No more weapons until they start working at making their own money, then the God of capitalism will take over and terrorism will be finished.

Don't forget that Saudi the biggest oil state has already turned its back on the Palestinians so it leaves iran and Syria................
