" US 14th Amendment Means States Can Enforce Immigration Against Illegal Migrants "

* Selling Federalism Lies *

It is dogma that only the us federal government has the authority to enforce immigration laws .

The us 14th amendment clearly indicates that an individual may be a citizen of the united states and of the state wherein they reside , indicating that states have jurisdiction over immigration and , in particular , a state can enforce illegal immigration laws .

Now all you have to do is get a lawyer that can argue before the Supreme Court and get the justices to overturn past rulings.

I wish you luck. Please post your progress.

I don't see how anyone short of a crooked judge or a political idiot can make any problems for a state that enforces federal law.
