Curiosity has me wondering, what do the numbers signify?

I know the literal meaning of phrase Urbi et Orbi, (City and World) but I don't know the significance of it, other than it's a Catholic program on EWTN, I think, and it's the name of a YT channel. I'm lost after that. I'm a new Catholic.
