But if they are using race to determine who gets extra help then that is racial discrimination.

Ignorance has never been excused in black communities. But it has in white ones. That is why white racists get online and create threads like this one.

The biggest problem kids have, is they're not interested

Because no one ever told them why they should be interested.

The biggest challenge for any teacher is getting the kids interested.
