Yep.....as the article says.......
While U.S. emissions are down slightly because of AmericaÂ’s use of fracking to replace some coal-fired electricity with natural gas, U.S. coal exports are at record levels. The U.S. isnÂ’t reducing emissions, itÂ’s exporting them.
Finally, during the Obama administration the U.S. has built enough new oil and gas pipeline to encircle the Earth — except for Keystone.
