I noticed a considerable lack of specificity in the commentary. What weapons systems were sold to the Mexican cartels? They would have no use for most of the weapons we them. They don't have a need for F-16s, artillery shells, tracked APCs or tanks. What did they get? Ukrainians don't use American small arms. What did they sell?
