U.S. (under Biden's orders) transfers 11 Yemeni prisoners from Guantánamo to Oman

You read that right. Whichever anti-American, pro-Muslim terrorist team is running Biden (no doubt Obama and his cronies) is releasing 11 Gitmo prisoners with ties to Islamic terrorism (two were Bin Laden’s bodyguards) to Oman to be “re-settled.” Translation: back into the community to join the anti-American terrorists again.

Can’t he be stopped? Obama sees his third term winding down and is doing everything he can think of to bring down out country and aid Islamic terrorism in his last weeks.

Can we borrow a page from the Democrat playbook, and pay them to resettle in Martha's Vineyard???

Oh, we are going to see some of these guys again.

Trump had four years to put these guys on trial.

He didn't.

Because there really wasn't anything you can charge them with, and any evidence you had was tainted by the fact they were illegally tortured.

I'm sure we will.

After being imprisoned for 20 years and illegally tortured, hating America is probably what motivates their lives right now.

It's what they started with.

They decided to fight a supposed war outside the rules of war. All those protections work both ways, for people who follow them both ways.

They should have been either shot or turned over to a country that has the balls to hang em high. Face it, war is war, terrorism is terrorism, there is no middle ground. Their intent was to kill, regretfully they were never held accountable for that little fact because they were caught and now forgiven by pathetic do gooders.

Why would any other country want to hang them.

Here's the ugly truth about Al Qaeda - most of the Islamic World agrees with their principles (getting the West out of the Middle East), even if they don't approve of their actions.

Any government that would hang them because the US couldn't make a case against them would be doing so against the wishes of their own people.

There's just no upside.

I tend to agree. This is all for show if he was worried about no proof and their rights being violated and all that BS he would’ve free them the first day in office. I don’t know who is running the show but it sure as hell is not Joe Biden anymore and it hasn’t been for a long time.

New rules for terrorist engagement? Let me understand your position correctly, a foreign citizen, terrorist in this case, is caught in the act or during the planning stage of committing an act of terrorism in a foreign country, taken into custody, moved to an offshore location for further questioning, found to be 100% complicit, incarcerated, then they are subject to the jurisdiction of the US Legal Judicial System? furthermore, if the foreign terrorist is a citizen of a country, that supports and funds terrorism, then because it’s against the citizens “wishes” of his native country he should be let go? Got it!

Not sure what you mean, exactly.

In the cases above, none of these 11 were ever charged with a crime. They were in fact subjected to torture, which would invalidate any evidence against them.

They were in fact, Yemeni citizens captured in Afghanistan.

They were in Afghanistan at the invitation of the Taliban, which was the legitimate government of Afghanistan at that time.

By normal standards, the should have been treated as prisoners of war.

Yemen doesn't want these guys back, and they don't want to send them back to Afghanistan where they caught them, so sending them to Oman seems like the only sensible alternative.
