We have long since known that middle and senior level leaders of the DOJ were working use the criminal justice system to destroy Donald Trump due to a nearly pathological hatred of the man.

Now we have the evidence that the original plot to falsely link him to Russian interference started at the highest level.

I agree that "Treason" is not the correct terminology for Obama's actions. I'm not a lawyer, nor any kind of expert on that.

Nixon's crime was obstruction of justice, because he tried to misuse the CIA to stop an FBI investigation.

I don't know if there is a crime in misusing the CIA in an attempt to put a cinder block on the scale of the 2016 election.

I do know right from wrong, and directing the DNI to use U.S. Intelligence resources to sway an election is wrong.
