Trump's Wildly Unconstitutional Plot to Banish U.S. Citizens to Gulags

The admin said if there is a legal way to do it, he is down for it.
Can you name a citizen he has threatened?
Its pretty sickening just to hear him say it, you dont have to lie about it.
Technically, it's not a deportation. It is merely serving a sentence in a foreign country. Nothing wrong with that. It's a good solution to overcrowded prisons.

Trump says he can

And they’re already threatening people (citizens)
Let me explain Trump 101 to you AGAIN. He says lots of things and does lots of things. Negotiators do that to gain the upper hand. To President Trump, nearly everything is a negotiation.

There were two Americans mistakenly deported one under Bush the other under Obama...
and there is this...
A naturalized U.S. citizen can have their citizenship revoked through a process called denaturalization. This process is initiated by the U.S. government and takes place in federal court. Denaturalization occurs when the government proves, with clear and convincing evidence, that the individual was not qualified for citizenship at the time it was granted.
Grounds for Denaturalization:
  • Illegal Procurement of Citizenship:
This occurs when an individual obtains citizenship through fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of material facts.

  • Concealment of a Material Fact:
Failing to disclose information about a criminal record, prior deportation, or other relevant information can be grounds for denaturalization.

  • Membership in Subversive Organizations:
If an individual, within five years of becoming a naturalized citizen, joins a group deemed a threat to U.S. national security, their citizenship can be revoked.

  • Dishonorable Military Discharge:
Naturalized citizens who gained citizenship through military service and are discharged under dishonorable conditions within five years can have their citizenship revoked.

Examples of Denaturalization Cases:
  • John (Ivan) Kalymon: A Nazi war criminal who was denaturalized and deported.

  • Baljinder Singh: Denaturalized after using a false name to become a U.S. citizen.

  • Vicky Peláez: Her U.S. citizenship was revoked, and she was deported to Peru, according to one of her lawyers.

Denaturalization vs. Renunciation:
  • Denaturalization: An involuntary loss of citizenship, initiated by the government.

  • Renunciation: A voluntary act where an individual formally gives up their U.S. citizenship, according to the U.S. Embassy in Moldova.
Why hasn't Ilhan Omar been denaturalized and deported?

will DOGE approve of this?

The reporter asked the question after Trump encouraged Bukele to build several more detention facilities and even offered to help pay for them, praising them as “great facilities, very strong facilities.”

It was funny because the OP thinks he was serious....
He is serious

“If they’re criminals and if they hit people with baseball bats over the head that happen to be 90 years old and if, uh, if they rape 87-year-old women in Brooklyn, yeah, yeah, that includes them,” he added.

“They’re as bad as anybody that comes in. We have bad ones, too.”

Trump previously suggested that people who vandalize Teslas as a protest against the company’s billionaire CEO Elon Musk should also be sent to El Salvador.

This is going to hurt him politically and one has to wonder if it was suggested to him for just this outcome.

These are the types of decisions that could lead to people wanting to impeach him for any reason but they use this as the impetus even if they are being disingenuous. Puzzling to me to be honest.

President Donald Trump on Monday doubled down on his idea of sending U.S. citizens to foreign prisons, telling El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele he wanted to send "homegrown criminals" to his country next, according to a video posted by Bukele's office on X.

So trump is getting ready to send US citizens to foreign prisons. You think the MAGA members of Congress will stand up to him? You think he will give the, USSC ordered, due process to those he targets? No to both....
