Trump has the right to an election that was fair and the outcome reflected the will of the US. What he has no right to do is claim the process is fraudulent without providing evidence. The is the equivalent of committing libel against our democracy.
This lib isn't scared of Trump's legal cases. He can go to court as often and wherever he wishes since he has a long history of crying wolf ("lock her up", "millions of illegals" voted in 2016, etc.). I wonder who is paying his legal bills? Hopefully it is Trump or the GOP, not the US taxpayer.
