The vax monster is back. This time they are going to make sure there is no refusing. Before you could get fired. Just wait until access to your savings shut off too.

Trump's GENIUS ACT "Stablecoin" CBDC Will Be Used to Enforce Vaccine Mandates

Mark Goodwin, Editor -in-Chief of Bitcoin Magazine, "Stablecoin Can be Programmed":

“Stablecoins are the bait and switch for direct-issued government CBDCs”

“Stablecoins can be programed. Exactly like how we fear CBDCs will be programed. They’re exactly the same tokenized mechanism… They can be taken out of your wallet. Your wallet can be blacklisted. A lot of the things that we fear about CBDCs are totally available within the tool set of Stablecoins.”

Stablecoins and bank-issued tokenized deposits have all the same problems of programmability that as CBDCs.

“If they want at any point, they can use those programs in the protocols and the blockchains to blacklist your money to prevent you from making a transaction and to prevent you from accessing your wealth that you’ve saved in these tokens.”

“Real ID laws are a back door to adult vaccine mandates across the U.S,”
Dr. Eddy Betterman MD writes:

“Dr. Bell explains, under the Real ID Act, the Department of Homeland Security has the power to expand what rules and laws apply to Real ID, without approval or oversight from Congress.

“In other words, we can see an expansion to limiting your ability to travel if you, get this, are not fully vaccinated. Tie this into the Real ID, tie it into the Healthy People 2020 mandates where they’re looking to go in to adult mandates for vaccination,” Dr. Bell contends further.”

The same thing was being said about the Patriot Act when it was being jammed up our asses....This is the next step.

REAL ID was created by the Patriot Act just not rolled out until the rest of the system was ready. Now they are ready.

He posted another thread about this, I asked specific questions and go no responses, all he's doing is spamming bullshit in my opinion. If the feds want to do any of the things listed in the op, they already have the tools to do so. I asked what specifically in the Genius Act is going to force everyone to go cashless, never got an answer. I've looked up and read both, everything claimed is quite the stretch, and as I said, the feds will do whatever they think they can get away with, law or no law. It's not a secret or a conspiracy, if you want to be taken seriously, talk facts and give specific details, and specific scenarios. And then have a solution for how to change it or stop it.

OK, here's the poop....

They're setting up a situation where Stablecoin is pegged to the USD...Yes, the Federal Reserve is in on this scam.

Then when -not if- its value crashes, they'll be first in line for a taxpayer bailout.

Look at the 60 votes for cloture....All the usual suspects.

Let's take one scenario:

Who owns 'stablecoins', is the claim that everyone is going to be forced to convert all assets into this medium via the Genius Act? If so, what verbiage in the act would allow this, who would tolerate it? The feds have the ability today to freeze accounts based on certain laws/convictions, what in the Genius Act is going to allow them to do this without being convicted in a court of law of a crime that would lead to such an asset being frozen? The notion that everyone is going to be forced to convert their assets to this medium is just a ridiculous claim, how about something more realistic, or am I not understanding the claim?

What do you mean by 'pegged'?

The bolded is salient....You understand just fine.

Now hook that to the Fed and you have a blockchain Frankenstein's monster.

Good grief
There is no indication that the current Administration that has vehemently opposed vaccine mandates has any intention of requiring them now.

Real ID became necessary when demented leftists started issuing ID to illegals so that they could access resources and privileges normally reserved for citizens. At least only citizens currently can obtain a 'real ID' even in the most blue states.

And it has become useful for positive things like Voter ID that helps secure an honest vote and such.

FYI, the government has always had the power to seize and/or lock ciitzen bank accounts. All the more reason to elect honorable people who work for Americans instead of for what they would like to be a totalitarian state.

The operative word; NOW.

Wrong...It was another overreaction/overreach in response to 9/11™, that fools who demanded to be "kept safe" flocked to support.

Spin.

Or a better policy would be to GET A DAMN WARRANT.

I didn't say they wouldn't get a warrant. I am not as much of an anarchist as some of you and therefore don't read so much sinister stuff into what the government is doing NOW. I believe they are doing their damndest to actually do good for the American people and have been increasing our liberties, not compromising them.

I could not say that of the previous administration.

That's where we really differ: I don't believe that, and the evidence is on my side of the ledger.

Analogies.webp

We can agree to disagree. I am a proponent of good government that works for the people instead of its own power. I am a proponent of a country of common sense laws that protect our liberties and allow us to live in peace.

I can't be an anarchist as no country that allows anarchy is not a corrupt, violent, out of control country. I think that history/evidence is on my side of the ledger.

That's why I think these claims are largely ignored, they go beyond the pale in what they're trying to insinuate would happen. Maybe if the claims were more rooted in reality they'd be taken more seriously, that's what I don't like about them. The devil is always in the details.

It is inevitable that imperfect people will govern imperfectly. Mistakes will be made that need to be corrected. But we can learn from our mistakes and choose to be better if we have public servants governing instead of professional politicians who are in it for themselves and their own power, profit, glory whatever.

The alternative to government having authority to enforce laws that secure our liberties and allow us to live productively in peace as we choose to live is either totalitarianism (think modern day Democrats) or anarchy, Both ensure there is no security of our liberties and it is much more difficult, if not impossible, to live in peace as we choose.

All I really need to see is the (R)s who voted for cloture...I don't even have the roll call and I'll tell you some of the names...

McConnell
Thune
Rounds
Mullin
Lankford
Graham
Collins
Murkowski
Tillis
Cassidy

I'd hook a parlay for $100 that all those scumbags voted for this.

Yeah, I'm no fan of republicans, or any politicians, none of them are conservative constitutionalists or give a damn about their constituents. I just wish there was an unbiased source that provided the facts in terms the general public could understand to hold them all accountable for what they do and don't do.
