No, the supply chain interruptions were caused by international forces to a large extent exacerbated by Newsome shutting down the Ports of San Diego, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Oakland and San Francisco. If you bother to remember there were hundreds of ships sitting at anchor off California ports for months, or rerouting to East Coast ports. Trump had nothing to do with any of that. Also remember, the Chinese shut down their whole country so nothing on order from there was shipping. Even after the Covid restrictions were lifted it took China many months to catch up with the backlog.

Case in point:
