l believe there is an ongoing investigation into Hunter but I don't think it has touched Joe yet. Seems there must be evidence of a crime to warrant an investigation and none have been found in Joe's case. Otherwise you have a fishing expedition.

How can Trump appoint a special prosecutor?

That would only happen if he becomes president again, which I pray to Gd he will. Then he will go after the entire lot of them - Biden, the family members taking their share of bribes, Myorkoas, and Garland - for starters.
