Now, if their commissions were signed by auto-pen, and that would need to be provable in each case individually, then they may not legitimately have their office. Forensic experts would need to go over each and every commission signature.

And even at that, the Supreme Court might rule since the Senate consented to their appointments, it doesn't matter.
