Trump will sign executive order to begin revamp of H-1B visa program

1. He is only doing this because he has been a hypocrite the past 2 weeks as far as his FP goes so he needs to throw a bone to those of his supporters sticking with him but getting weary

3. Why don't businesses whining about not being able to find engineers etc sign a contract with college kids right out of high school where the company pays for their education like a scholarship as long as the graduate comes to work for the company for an agreed upon period of time after college? Oh I know why-foreign workers=lower wages.

Couldn't he just propose making American companies pay the H-1B folks prevailing American wages and fast track them for citizen status ... and if they didn't want to be citizens they could stay the fck out?
