President Donald Trump continued his longstanding crusade to reverse actions taken by his predecessor on Nov. 28, saying on Truth Social that anything former President Joe Biden signed using autopen technology is invalid.

"Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect," Trump wrote.

While declarations on social media do not have the force of law, Trump's missive may signal future action, such as refusing to enforce a Biden-era executive order.

Interesting. As far as I know, any president can cancel the executive orders of a previous president. That would be regardless of how they were signed.

As with many of Trump's actions, I wonder why he did not do this immediately upon taking office.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out. I never even heard of presidential autopens until Biden came along. No president or other politician should be able to do anything with an autopen. We really need to have legislation on the use of autopens.

I agree with Trump but let's just say that Biden hand signed them all. Most of them happened in Dec 24 and Jan 25, long after the general consensus was that Biden was mentally unfit to be President. That was the reason he was replaced by Harris as the Democrat candidate for President the previous summer. So even if he would have signed all those things, an argument can be made that he was mentally unfit to make those judgements. But the truth, in my opinion, was that there was a renegade, shadow government, using that autopen to sell pardons and commutations for profit and as favors. If true, that would be the most corrupt thing our government has ever been CAUGHT doing.
