Don't know that. Russia is a big place. My clients get hacked by 3 or 4 govts a year. AND -- since no EQUIPMENT was taken into custody -- and those 3 or 4 VERY EXPENSIVE Counter Cyber govt groups were NEVER USED --- we don't have good enough evidence to ARGUE with Putin about it. Because if Putin DIDN'T do it -- he knows it.. And if he DID -- he would never jeopardize those sources and methods by releasing the wad of stuff to Wikileaks.

The whole PURPOSE of that kind of espionage is to hold the stolen INFO SECRET -- so you have leverage over the people you stole it from. It's of NO USE to Putin as blackmail -- if it's dumped out in public..

Evidently -- no one in the previous Admin thought it was a biggie...

Ask Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio how big of a deal they thought it was that they were hacked. Why do you think Graham is so hell bent to hold Russia accountable for their actions? If Russia can hack all the people that they did, who knows who is the next Hillary Clinton to have all their private information put out there to keep them from winning an election? Trump supports think it is all great this time... until the next election when the hacking gets people they don't like elected.
