The Trump administration aggressively publicized the arrests of more than 8,000 immigrants by federal agents since Inauguration Day, with the promise that those detained would be part of a historic mass deportation. But NBC News has learned that some have already been released back into the United States on a monitoring program, according to five sources familiar with the operations.

But arresting more people inside the United States on allegations of immigration violations means they need to be held somewhere. And significant space constraints in Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facilities — and federal court orders forbidding indefinite detention — have forced the agency to release some of those arrested in the roundups rather than hold them until deportation.

Uh oh maga. Isn't this what you were accusing Biden of doing?

You mean some people within the government aren’t obeying President Trump’s orders.

Or corrupt courts are forcing ICE to release them.

In fact, your own article confirms ICE is being FORCED to by a court, which means it is not President Trump ordering it:
and federal court orders forbidding indefinite detention — have forced the agency to release some of those arrested in the roundups rather than hold them until deportation.

So once again, Skews is shown to be a liar with his title “Trump practices catch and release”.

So, change the laws if you don't like them.

The left has it rigged so Trump can't get a break. If he locks them up he gets criticized for being too harsh and if he lets them go he gets criticized for being too weak.

How many is "some?"

Um, no Skew.

The key word is SOME. SOME of the people caught in the net will of course be those who have not committed a crime, and whose cases have not been adjudicated yet. The Trump administration then releases them for their due process.

Democrats lied and said they wouldn't get due process, but now we know the truth.

Well, we who are capable of accepting the truth know it. Do you?

Trump's programs will be lawfared into failure.

The once teacher will become the soon-to-be student.
