Schwartz was sentenced in federal court in April to 36 months in federal prison for his role in a $38 million employment tax fraud scheme, having willfully failed to pay taxes owed. He withheld the amounts from employees’ paychecks, then pocketed it. His financial misdeeds also left grocery bills unpaid, in some instances forcing nursing home staff to buy food for residents.

Schwartz pleaded guilty in Arkansas to one count of Medicaid fraud and one count of attempting to evade or defeat tax, both felonies. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs and restitution totaling $1,801,620.53.

Good thing he isnt somali and didnt run daycares, or trump might have insulted him on twitter, instead of a pardon.
"im going to attack venezuela because of drugs" 2 minutes later he pardons a drug kingpin.
This dude is a ******* joke.

Don't expect any thinking from his cult. They'll just operate as programmed.

He's gonna do his time so what's your gripe? :dunno:
Oh so he still got to do his 3 years from federal charges?
At that is not my point anyway. You ignored that part. Why?

Waiting for you to post WHY he was pardoned. You have told half the story which seems quite fishy.
Why was he pardoned? Did trumps federal prosecutors make a mistake or make up all that evidence?

Still waiting...I'll tell you what let's just call your thread BS and skip to the end.
This is probably the weakest attempt at defending him I have ever seen.

Defend what dude? You havent even made a coherent argument yet.
I didn't start the thread dumb ass, you did. Still waiting for you to tell the other half of the story. Unless you seriously want us to believe people get a PRESIDENTIAL PARDON for no reason whatsoever.

hey moron
Joseph Schwartz was pardoned by President Donald Trump after serving only three months of a three-year sentence for a $38 million employment tax fraud scheme, but no specific rationale for the pardon was provided.
