Look at the dates. The mother's date is in American, 11/29/1942. The dating system is MDY. But in Kenya they used DMY. But she's American, maybe nobody cared.

Obama's date of birth is there 4th August 1961, fine, this is DMY.

At the bottom it's dated 8/7/1961. But Obama was born in AUGUST, the 8th month. But it's signed in JULY because 8/7/1961 is the 8th of July 1961.

Also went looking for this post under ObamaMalik on twitter. Well, Malik seems to post a hell of a lock of pro-Republican shit on his twitter, and the post for this fake birth certificate has been deleted. What a surprise.
