This is a good strategy. The weak uncompliant which opposes Trump will rather not deal with him under the pressure to perform and work hard for something they oppose, so will be inclined to drop out. The higher up they are, the greater the pressure, and fear of losing everything by staying in and trying to "sabotage" things.

Those inclined towards working hard for Trump and this country more aligned with the MAGA principle will be more conducive to staying around and working hard to help their country.

A few good men are worth far more than a gaggle of hyenas.
