The SCOTUS may ultimately rule that Trump cannot use the Alien enemies Act to deport suspected illegal alien terrorist gang members. A great victory for Democrats, who will crow about it here and in the media.
Then what?
Then, the American people will see without question exactly whose side Democrats are on. They are not on the side of past and future victims of violence by these illegals that the Democrats themselves allowed to flood into our country. Oh no. They are on the side of the violent terrorist gang members.
That means that congressional measures like this:
WASHINGTON – Addressing complaints about the courts from President Donald Trump, House Republicans approved legislation on Wednesday to restrict federal judges from issuing opinions and directives that have immediate national consequences.
The measure passed 218-214 along mostly partisan lines and still faces an uphill climb to pass the Senate. It is the latest move by the Republican-led Congress to restrict the federal judiciary, which they argue is unfairly targeting Trump and his policies.
Are much more likely to pass. If not this year, then after the 2026 elections, which will be a landslide for Republican lawmakers.
If Donald Trump loses in court.
If Trump wins and is able to keep deporting, these vicious people, the American voter will not be quite as motivated to get rid of Democrats.
