Here's an analogy for ya: Imagine an entertainment venue that you have to play to enter - say a movie theater. If you are a paying customer who is ejected because of allegedly disruptive behavior, the theater has to demonstrate that you did something wrong in order to justify the expulsion. If you snuck in, you can be ejected summarily; the fact that you are there and did not pay is sufficient grounds.

And so it is with illegals. If you are in the country legally (citizen, valid, current visa, or green card), you are entitled to a hearing before expulsion. If you are here illegally - no hearing. No "due process." The fact that you are here illegally is sufficient cause to expel you.

These low-level court cases are merely examples of how out-of-control O'Bama and Biden judges are, ignoring laws and the Constitution to embarrass and thwart Trump's attempts to rectify Biden's immigration crimes.
