One of the biggest obstacles President Trump is facing is the Democrats. Activist immigration judges, to be exact. These activist judges are working just as hard to keep illegals in the country as Trump’s administration has been working to get them out.
You have to wonder… what kind of person fights this hard to protect criminals instead of citizens?

I did not expect a directive such as this from the President. But it focuses on the immigration “court” judges. And apparently it is an executive determination directed at those “judges” who are not Article 2 court judges. They are employees of the Executive Branch.

Where the immigration laws (passed by Congress) don’t require an immigration court judge to do otherwise, the Presidential Directive is binding on them.

This was a bold and a very decisive move by President Trump. This is going to sent alarms through the ranks of the leftist, including the Main Stream Media.

I’m going to dig up the directive and read it thoroughly before I can discuss it further. But it is still a remarkable move by this remarkable President.

More propaganda. Judges must be no political in their leanings on order to serve justice. You don't want a right wing judge who hates immigrants judging them and the opposite is true , you don't want one that will allow them all in..it goes both ways. In today's climate the right wing ones are the most dangerous. Believe it or not we need hard working immigrants otherwise our economy will be in.thr shitter. Immigrants are 15.4% of the population but make up 19% of the work force. We need them as much as they need US. Adding 17% to the GDP. Outpacing and outworking the native-born Americans.
