As long as he's been in politics, Trump has been famous for spouting off bs baloney rot with absolutely no evidence to support his outlandish claims. He does it constantly, seemingly on an hourly basis.

Well, he's at it again with his far fetched claim that budget slashing is "popular." But, he offers nothing to back that up other than his belief that anything he says is proof enough of correctness. One thing he does not have is authority to slash or suspend funds that Congress has already appropriated; that's up to Congress, not a dictator wannabe. And, polling shows that most Americans support more spending for "education, health care and Social Security."

What Trump and Republicans are really after is what they deem as "welfare," programs that help the economically disadvantaged. Unfortunately, for Trump, et al, that includes blacks and Hispanics, citizens whom he despises.

Well, it's Saturday and time for Trump to hit the golf course. At least that will keep him from signing orders to inflict more pain on the American people!

Bigly!!!

Progs knew better. They told us when they stole the 2020 election. Joe was going to unify us all. Unlike Trump, Joe got a honeymoon. It was not long that communist sounding legislation was passed that printed up countless trillions of dollars. When Summer came in his first year, there were stickers of Joe, "I did that" on gas pumps. Taming this inflation will take some pain somewhere. Along with Trump keeping his tax cut promises.

With the DEBT at $35T and climbing, and interest on that debt climbing, now more than defense, cutting spending is a necessity, not an option.

The evil dems always equate pain with doom.

How dare Trump lift up folks out of poverty by getting shed of those who take the jobs the "disadvantaged" could do.

No work, no EBT for you.....Pretty simple stuff.

What is painful is, that if the Progressives get power in a couple years, they will continue their doctrines. For some reason they do not want to clean them up.

Trump will keep signing showboat orders to get cheers from his supporters which will mostly be stopped by the courts and his supporters will think he did something when really he hasn't done that much.

Some spending may be popular, but can you really trust polls?

If you want more spending, pay for it. That's where opinions change all around.

The Dimocrats have now raised multiple generations who have been groomed to accept government handouts, and it's no surprise that people use them.

This is why I always get a kick out of Dims who whine about red states using more tax dollars than their states generate.
