yes probably something to do with FDIC

loaning money to an illegal who could skip out leaves them with the bag, no chance to get that money back

I don't know and likely most don't want a president can and can't legally do
I figured as banks are backed up by the USG they can have some say in the matter

The federal reserve is just that

therefore if trump is going to try and force banks to not loan to illegals this will be thrown out

banks should be smarter than giving out money with a slim chance to get it repaid
