Don't his detractors care about this? He is showing mercy for the vulnerable and downtrodden. Those who may have been exploited for a prison complex or other evil people profiting of the demise of a poor persons situation or temporary lapse of judgement, unfair sentences, no opportunities for redemption or rehabilitation because the system squeezes them.

I want more of those who hate him on this forum and elsewhere to give him credit. This is a humane and honourable approach that is courageous in the face of a few old school conservatives who have big donors to appease.
