There is no organization called the Boy Scouts. The left did away with that. The feminized version Hegseth is going after is called Scouting America.

The Boy Scouts of America was a target of the left. It built masculine men with great values. That had to be eliminated. The first step was to blame Scouting for the gay leaders who infiltrated and molested boys. The issue, according to the left, wasn't these perverted men; it was the Boy Scouts organization itself (just as they blamed the Catholic Church for the perverts who infiltrated there). So the Boy Scouts took measures to ban gay leaders. What did the left do? Sued the Boy Scouts for Discrimination. Eventually, the left bankrupted the Boy Scouts and got all kinds of DEI concessions from them, including forcing them to accept girls and change their name to "Scouting". The result is membership has radically declined. Much the way the woke DEI military couldn't recruit. Once Trump got rid of that, enlistments have skyrocketed. Similarly, the only way to save the Boy Scouts is restore the culture, change their name back, ban girls, ban gay leaders, and get back to teaching masculine pursuits.

I gave up on the BSA years ago. I earned my Eagle rank in 1992, just before things really began to devolve, but even then you could see the cracks storming in the foundation.

However, what Trump did when he went to a meeting of Boy Scouts was so beyond the pale that if you didn't question that man's mental fitness afterwards, you have to be a certified moron. No rational thiking adult is going to turn a speech to KIDS into a campaign rally, but that idiot did just that.




In the first year of his first term, Donald Trump addressed the Boy Scouts of America National Scout Jamboree, and in the absence of any impulse control, the president treated the children’s gathering like a campaign rally. Soon after, the head of the Boy Scouts issued a public apology for Trump’s inappropriate behavior.

The president, undeterred, told The Wall Street Journal, “I got a call from the head of the Boy Scouts saying it was the greatest speech that was ever made to them, and they were very thankful.” Perhaps the president was hearing voices, because the organization made clear that the president simply made it up out of whole cloth.

In Trump’s second term, his team is still focused on the Scouts, though in ways that are less fictional.
