Heller is about keeping firearms in the home in DC. Pirro specifically addressed people who live outside of DC and carry a gun into DC.

Again, the question is: Do you believe gun owners should be above the law? You can argue the law with US Attorney Pirro, but I just want to know if you think gun owners should be above the law?

Washington, D.C. does not recognize concealed carry permits from any other state. It only offers concealed carry permits to residents and non-residents who meet specific qualifications.

Maryland does not recognize Virginia concealed carry permits. Maryland operates under a "shall-issue" system for its concealed carry permits, meaning that only permits issued directly by Maryland are valid for concealed carry within the state.

1) We know they only mean for themselves.
