We train our own. We have 4 -5 trainers and each must sign off on every trainee and I have yet to hear or see this callus of an act. Not all of em make it. To me this is murder 1.
FLy by nighter is operating out of a parking lot at the mini-mall where the Wifes tax business is churning out Somali fly by nighters

Wonder if his Google maps told me to do it

I didn't make this guy a Hindu.

And I love all religions.

Well, except possibly one.

But that is neither here not there.

This is insane regardless.

Aftermath:

Hoo boy.

And of course...

How did he get a CDL license if he was an illegal alien? They have to provide proof that they are either citizens or allow to be in the US in order to get a CDL license in California.

Just because they are Hindu does not matter as there are commerical trucking accident

Probably Biden.

In 2024 alone, the United States saw 81,191 injuries due to a large truck or bus crash.

Is the story because illegal aliens were driving or that people are injured in Trucker acidents every year

5 common causes of trucking accidents

  • Driver fatigue— Drivers are rewarded for delivering loads, so they are tempted to ignore sleep and endure long hours of driving on the road. This fatigue impairs judgment and reaction time.
  • Improper maintenance – Brake failures, tire blowouts and other mechanical issues can lead to loss of control.
  • Driver error – Speeding, distracted driving or failure to adjust for road conditions are significant contributors.
  • Improper loading – Overloaded or unbalanced cargo can destabilize a vehicle, increasing rollover risk.
  • Substance abuse – Use of alcohol or drugs, though less common, remains a concern in the industry.

Many cargo brokers allegedly hire illegal migrants to transport goods at lower rates, making it difficult for American drivers to compete.

Everett described this practice as “labor dumping,” where foreign drivers, often working in teams, dominate well-paying routes and push U.S. trucking companies to the brink of collapse.

if you want to hire someone without the Department of Homeland Security arresting you for it, it’s easy. Just attest, on its one page “Employment Eligibility Verification” form, that you have examined the worker’s documentation, that it looks to you genuine, and that, to the best of your knowledge, this person can legally work in the U.S. Sign that, put it in a drawer, and leave it there forever — or, if you’re unlucky, until U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids your workplace. I

The issue is those who hire them for a job as it cheaper.

The loophole.

Need to ask Trump about it as he is the president for last 6 years..

The MOST COMMON cause of truck accidents is mistakes made by passenger cars.

According to government sponsored scientific studies like this one...

...in car-truck accidents, the passenger car ALONE is responsible 73% of the time.

The Semi alone is responsible only 16% of the time.

They share responsibility 10% of the time.

So, driver error is the leading cause... that error committed by the passenger car driver alone in 73 out of every car-semi accident and only 16 times out of every 100 accidents the error being committed by the truck driver alone.

The bottom line is that it is not murder.

It was an accident.

Statisitics for people who die in vehicle accidents is a reality.

but its not necessary murder unless it is murder and done on purpose

Do you check their status in the U.S.? The trucker in question was illegally in the U.S. since 2018. Why can't we charge the Biden immigration system with negligent homicide?

Could be manslaughter. A negligent act so egregious they should have known it could kill someone.

Also, he looked totally indifferent to the accident. Dude didnt jump out to help anyone.

Well it can be accidental death and yes it would be manslaughter depends on the investigation results.
