Today is a great day not to be Muslim

My lack of faith in Islam is definitely one of the primary reasons I got out of bed today. The world just seems like a slightly brighter place knowing that the Qur'an isn't a factual document.

I take the same comfort in knowing whence and whyfore cometh the Holy Babble.

But I have to say, it's never had an iota of anything to do with why I get out of bed. Usually that's the effect of being time to get ready for work, hunger, sunlight in my eyes, or a full bladder. Somehow it's just never occurred to me to jump up and say "hey wait! The Babble is Bullshit! I need to get up!"
