Today in Arizona

Looking out across my pasture to the west;
Some of you thought the whole state was a flat hot desert didn't you?

Looks to me like a flat cold desert.

It's a mountain meadow filled with snow. The mountaintops have 5 to 6 feet with 25 foot drifts in places.
This part of Arizona is not a desert. The elevation where the picture is taken is about 7600 feet.

I would attach a picture of Arizona from my house but it's more of the desert look that everyone is familier with and one in which I love. I get to look North towards Crown King and see the snow from a distance and I mean a lonnnnnnnnng distance. lol
