Take a minute and listen. While I don't love everything he said, he was a smart, and singular, MoFo when it comes to the Religion of Peace.

The thing about Islam is the whole "jihad" theology. Although not all Muslims interpret it the same way, essentially it is a vehicle for many to use to try and fight any perceived "injustices" in the world.

This gives them the theological "OK" to use violence towards injustice. The problem is, with injustice flowing from human affairs 24/7, the violence never will end. However, in their sick twisted minds, they think the problem is that they just need control of the government to fix it, which leads to more fighting.

That is why countries that are predominantly Islamic lead the world in terrorism

He was one of the most intellectual writers of our generation. His writings at the end of his life, on cancer and his impending death, brought me to tears.

He was very good and correct on Islam. He was at his worst when writing about and debating the Christian God. He was too angry; it made him duller.
