When I was a kid, we played pickup games all the time. Whoever showed up at the local field, we chose sides and adjusted the rules based on how many kids showed up. We never had nine on each side.
No umpires, no balls and strikes we just called the game on our own.

Today, kids won’t play unless it is organized. Got to have major league style uniforms, umpires, coaches, parents and constant adult supervision. Game ends and you go home to play video games

There is truth in that.
We played pick up baseball games or mushball if in someone's yard - not the modern corporate made mushball - but you take a normal leather baseball, remove the insides - stuff with socks or other material and sew it back together. No mitts and you can throw the ball at a runner and if you hit them they are out.
All a kid had to do was walk around and someone would be playing somewhere, if kids showed up - they got added to the roster.

Same here. I remember playing pick up baseball games; rarely 9 on each side. Right-handed hitters had to hit the ball between left side of the field and the reverse for left handed hitters. This was because there weren’t enough players so if you hit it to where there were no players, you were out.

Interesting, we didn't do that - but if a player hit the ball too far out - instead of a homerun, they would be out. Otherwise all the older kids would hit a homerun every at bat.
Also pitchers had to throw fastball to older kids, and underhand to younger kids

We had that same rule. We rarely had three outfielders. Whoever was up to bat provided the catcher. Sometimes we would have a designated pitcher if there were an odd number of players.
Either a shortstop or second baseman but rarely both.
We also had invisible runners if you loaded the bases

Hopefully it will die out entirely as more and more countries learn the intricacies of Cricket .
It will obviously take the US a generation or two to acquire the requisite skills and understand the game's complexity .
But we can guide and coach them .

Baseball is American culture. People who want it to die are anti-American.

I agree. Baseball paid for my education. It is losing fans as time goes on. It has nothing to do with the color of the players. Everything to to do with the inability of the small market teams ability to compete. Baseball needs a salary cap. At least in football the small market teams have a chance. Unless you are the Browns. The Browns could have five times the talent of the rest the teams and still figure out how to mess it up.

Slavery eugenics’ attributes lend themselves more to the other two American sports, football and basketball, than they do to baseball. Hitting a baseball requires the utmost in hand/eye coordination. As a result, blacks tend to lean toward those other two sports because that’s where they see their role models. Black children usually have no fathers so they rely on these external visible influences heavily.
My local county school system used to be strong in baseball. In recent decades, as we became more black, several of the schools — some with enrollments above 2000 — couldn’t even field teams due to attrition.
The woman complaining only needs cultural introspection to answer her complaint.
