According to General Milley, the military does NOT support any one person and doesn't support any one political group. It only supports the Constitution. As the so-called Democrat Party along with its neo-Marxist supporters have been systematically attacking our Bill of Rights and Constitution in general, I don't see any reason why the military should go along with anything the senile Commander-in-Chief would order. When the Commander-in-Chief has been clearly seen to be suffering from the onset of dementia, his decision making for the military can no longer be legitimate.

The Uniform Code of Military Justice says otherwise. Article 90: Personnel cannot disobey a "lawful" order. A "lawful command" is an order "not" contrary to established law, regulations or service members rights. Period. If the Commander-in-Chief issues an order that is contrary to established law, regulations or service members rights, such order can be disobeyed.
