Who the **** does she think she is? On what planet can a uniformed officer disavow the program of the Commander -In-*******-Chief???
My gut tells me that this is not an isolated situation. Seriously, when I was in the Army no career soldier, officer or enlisted, would dream about such a blatant disrespect of the President and his agenda. So this Colonel thought it was, if not OK, then a tolerable expression of independent thought. And who is she? Her judgment is superior to that of her superiors?
I find this very disturbing. Not that she has an opinion that differs from mine, but that she believes she has the right to express it in this way.
A court martial would be entirely appropriate. Throwing her out of the service without pension would be a minimum.
Any other thoughts?
